Return & Cancellation Policy
Initiating a Return:
- If you wish to return a product purchased from Allerstallion within 7 days, visit "My Account – My Orders" and request a return, including necessary photos or videos.
Review and Approval:
- Allerstallion will review your return request within 24 hours and notify you of approval. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Product Pickup:

Upon approval, Allerstallion will arrange for the product pickup from your home. Please have the item ready for collection.

The reverse pickup process will be completed within 15 working days from the initiation date. We appreciate your patience. Please note that timelines may vary for non-serviceable PIN codes.
Product Inspection:
- After pickup, Allerstallion will inspect the product within 7 working days and inform you of the outcome. If everything is in order, you will receive store credit or a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Ensure the product is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Altered or repaired products will not be accepted.
- For bundle offers, partial returns are allowed. Contact Customer Care for details.
- Returning without the original box and packaging may result in a deduction of INR 100 per item from your refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Before Shipping:
- Orders can be canceled online before shipping. Go to "My Account – My Orders" to cancel and receive a full refund for prepaid orders.
After Shipping:
- If the product has been shipped, you can still cancel, but the refund will be processed after the product is returned to us.
Refund Process:
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, taking 6-7 working days to reflect in your account.
Wallet Credit/Instant Refund:
- 'Wallet credit' acts like a balance in your Allerstallion account, usable exclusively on our website. Instant wallet credit is provided post-product pickup for future purchases.
Prepaid Orders:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used.
COD Orders:
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred to the customer’s bank account. Customers must provide their bank account details via WhatsApp chat or email for processing.
Final Decisions:
- Allerstallion reserves the right to make final decisions regarding damaged products and issuing wallet credit. Policies may change without prior notice.
