Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns: We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellations: Changed your mind? No problem. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are typically processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can return the item once you receive it following the procedure outlined above.

Refunds: Refunds are issued for eligible returns in accordance with our return policy. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
